Poster Printing Information - Intersections - April 2023; August TBD

Students must email (firstname.lastname@example.org) your finished PDF no later than 48 hours prior to when you need your poster. You will be notified by email when your order is completed. All pricing is good ten days prior to the event and is only available at FedEx Office on Campus. If you have any questions, please email or phone FedEx (above). Students who need "last minute" printing up to 24 hours in advance will be charged [standard rates]. SOURCE will not pay for last minute (standard rates] printing.
In addition to the poster pdf, students must include the following information in their email:(1) your name, (2) poster size, (3) specify Bond (preferred) or HWC, and (4) note that SOURCE will provide pay.
Please note that FedEx has both Bond and HWC options. Both for costs and sustainability, SOURCE recommends Bond. However, students who will travel and present their poster again, SOURCE understands the need for the HWC option.
Intersections Pricing for August and December 2022 and April 2023; August TBD:
Bond* - 32"x 40" = $17.91, [$26.91]; 40" x 60" = $33.83, [$50.83]
HWC - 32" x 40" = $36.00, [$45.00]; 40" x 60" = $60.00, [$85.00]
*SOURCE recommends the Bond 32" x 40" ($17.91) or the 40" x 60" ($33.83) - for those that need the larger size.
University Student Activities and Leadership (SA&L)
For Intersections printing, please use the information here and NOT the information on the SA&L website. When you are ready to submit your poster pdf, you must use this form for SOURCE to pay for your poster printing. Please submit your poster order on or by Tuesday, April 18 at 5:00 p.m. Additional information:
(1) Save your poster pdf as LastName.FirstName.postersize.poster number. Example: Smith.April.32x40.1
(2) SA&L Poster Size Options and Costs: 32" x 40" =$12; 40" x 60" = $16.
(3) The poster pdf should be sized to match the poster printed size.
(4) All posters will be ready on Thursday, April 20, unless otherwise specified in the comment section of the form. SA&L will email each student when their poster is ready to be picked up.
