About the Student-Run Free Clinic
The Case Western Reserve University Student-Run Free Clinic (SRFC) is a cost-free, bi-weekly, acute-care medical clinic, staffed and operated entirely by CWRU graduate students and volunteer practitioners. We are housed within the facilities of the Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland, our generous sponsoring organization.
SRFC was founded and is operated entirely by medical and nursing students from the following schools within Case Western Reserve University:
- School of Medicine;
- Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine;
- Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing and;
- Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences.
We are supported in part by the Interprofessional Learning Exchange and Development (I-LEAD) grant from the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation, and through our network of generous donors.
