Hundreds of associates on university staff are actively involved in inquiry and discovery, crossing disciplines from energy and origins to biomedicine and sustainability, to name a few.
From startup funds for successful ventures and tech transfer services to world-class libraries and core facilities to sponsored projects and research compliance, the resources for researchers — no matter who they are or where they work — are plenty.

Undergraduate research and partnerships

The university provides research opportunities to roughly 4,000 undergraduates, and partners with individuals, corporations, foundations and other educational institutions in more than 100 research centers and institutes.
Undergraduate researchers enhance their education with hands-on experience, conducting cutting-edge studies under today's leading experts at one of the nation's top research institutions. The work prepares students for graduate-level research, sharpening their skills in the lab while they help change the world.
