Move-in Testing for Students Living in On-Campus Housing

Between January 23rd - 27th undergraduate students moving into on-campus housing have been asked to register for a move in time from 9AM-7PM each day. Students must arrive 1 hour before their move-in time slot to complete required re-entry COVID-19 surveillance testing.

Testing locations:
Students moving into North Side Residence Halls: Report to Linsalata Alumni Center (11310 Juniper Road)

Students moving into South Side Residence Halls: Report to Veale Recreation Center (2158 Adelbert Road). When arriving at Veale, complimentary parking is available in Lot 53 during this time.  Please enter into the fieldhouse in the northeast doors (see signage for move in testing).

Upon completion of surveillance testing students will receive a student health kit and card access will be turned on so that students can begin to move in.

If you are unable to arrive 1 hour before your move-in time, you may arrive later, as needed. Please note that card access for your residence hall will not work until you have completed your test.

Anyone arriving after 7 pm (after testing is closed for the day) most contact us via email (c19testing@case.edu) for an alternate time to be tested.

Additional information about the testing can be found here. Please remember not to eat, drink (including water), smoke/vape or chew gum for 30 minutes prior to your test.
