30-Day Water Drinking Challenge
To encourage students to boost their daily consumption of water, Student Wellness if offering the CWRU 30-Day Water Challenge starting on January 24, 2020.
Each week, participants will be encouraged to drink eight or more eight-ounce glasses of water per day as well as decrease the amount of sugary and caffeine-containing beverages. A weekly drawing will be held for wellness related prizes for participants who turn in their log.
