Division of Student Affairs staff are leading CWRU students by example. They are accomplished, hold a variety of expertise and interests, are engaged in lifelong learning, give back to their professions, and volunteer with organizations far and wide.

About the Report

In 2016, the university was preparing for re-accreditation which provided an opportunity to highlight and celebrate the commitment, energy and drive of the Student Affairs staff while simultaneously gathering information to help inform professional development planning.

In May 2016, staff in the division were given a form to complete regarding their educational background, professional development activities, and service experiences for the year. Supervisors were asked to review the forms by the end of the month and were given the option to include the information in staff annual reviews.

In summer 2017, the report was shared with all CWRU Student Affairs staff and several campus partners. It provides a tremendous amount of professional development resources for those who are currently pursuing a career in the student affairs field and for those who might wish to do so.
