Thursday, Oct. 6
7 to 8:30 p.m. | BlueBash
Join the Spartan community for the kick-off to homecoming on Thursday evening at Freiberger Field! This year's new location will offer lots of fun, food, entertainment and fireworks!
8:30 p.m. | Homecoming fireworks
The University Programming Board and the Office of Student Activities and Leadership are proud to cap Blue Bash with a beautiful fireworks display for the third consecutive year. Bring a blanket to watch the show at Freiberger Field outside Tinkham Veale University Center.
Friday, Oct. 7
4 p.m. | Homecoming - the Benefits of Study Abroad!
Representatives from the Education Abroad office will share opportunities for your student and answer questions about what CWRU provides.
7 p.m. | Shabbat @ Chabad
Join Chabad at CWRU for a delicious, four course Shabbat Dinner! Check out the new Chabad House and see what makes this a weekly highlight for so many students. Registration can be found at CWRJew.com/shabbat.
8 p.m, 10 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. | Popcorn and a Movie: Lilo & Stitch (2002)
The CWRU Film Society is hosting three showings of Lilo & Stitch (2002) in Strosacker Auditorium.
Saturday, Oct. 8
8:30 a.m. | Stephanie Tubbs Jones 5K Race and Fun Walk
Student pre-registration is $10 and non-student registration is $25. All proceeds from the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Homecoming 5K race directly benefit a current student at Case Western Reserve. A grant will be awarded to an undergraduate student at the annual Undergraduate Honors Assembly held each year in April.
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Spartan Tailgate
Student Activities and Leadership and the Class Officer Collective proudly present two hours of student entertainment, fun games, a beer garden, and much more! This year's new location will be on Juniper Road in front of the Linsalata Alumni Center. Participants may also register for Spartie's Pregame Party, which provides even more things to do and a stadium-style all-you-can-eat lunch!
1 p.m. | Homecoming Football Game
Come cheer on the CWRU Spartan football team as they take on the St. Vincent Bearcats! The Homecoming Court will be honored at halftime. Admission is free if you register.
8 p.m. | Homecoming concert with Sean Kingston
Join the fun at East Bell Commons for live music with Wallice and headliner, Sean Kingston! University Programming Board and the Office of Student Activities and Leadership are proud co-sponsors of this free event!
