The Physical Resource Center—also known as the “freestore”—is a student run initiative to provide COVID relief. It is also a place to donate and shop sustainably. The center offers a variety of residence hall, kitchen and school supplies as well as a large selection of clothing.

Located right next to Mitchell's Ice Cream on Uptown Avenue (11440 Uptown Ave) the center is open to all CWRU undergraduate students Wednesdays and Saturdays from 1 to 5 p.m. ET.

Sign up for a time slot to visit the center through CampusGroups

Donations of new or gently used items are accepted to the store during operating hours.  Currently, there is a high demand for winter apparel including coats, long sleeve shirts, sweaters, hats and more.
