Speeding Research Tested Intervention (SPRINT) program provides lasting lessons for FreshLink Ambassador Model

Sprint Team in front of National Cancer Institute Sign in DC

The Swetland Team along with our Prevention Research Center for Healthy Neighborhoods partners have been sprinting over the past eight weeks participating in the National Cancer Institute’s Speeding Research Tested Interventions program. Haley Tolerton, Roberto Martinez, Darcy Freedman, and Victoria Avi took a deep dive exploring how to scale the FreshLink Ambassadors intervention. In eight intensive weeks, the team conducted 70 customer discovery interviews, iterated and refined their approach, and learned a lot about what it will take to transfer evidence-based interventions into the real world.
