Accommodated Testing and Assistive Technology Services for Your Students

OATS (Office of Accommodated Testing & Services) administers accommodated exams and provides note-taking and assistive technology services for CWRU students registered with Disability Resources.

Last year alone, OATS administered over 6,400 quizzes, exams, and finals and provided notes for approximately 275 courses.

During this session participants will learn how best to accommodate students with testing and in-class instruction.

This discussion will be facilitated by Judy Hammer,  Assistant Dean of OATS; Rachel Inman, Coordinator for Accommodated Testing; and Scott Bryden, Coordinator for Accommodated Services.

In this event, participants will overview the process students follow to set up accommodated testing appointments and faculty's role in that process.  Attendees will be given materials in the form of a slide show presentation and handout that includes the Accommodated Testing Calendar and an quick reference guide to the process.

Join us for that session on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 12:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Herrick Room, which is on the ground floor of the Allen Building (at the corner of Euclid and Adelbert).

A pizza lunch, sodas, and water will be provided at this session. To register for this session, please email ucite@case.edu.
