KSL Resources

Date Released: 12 October 2017

Note new session time is 11:30-12:30

Many of us think we know all of the wonderful resources that are available to faculty at the Kelvin Smith Library. But in addition to those,  there are numerous ways in which KSL specifically supports teaching at the university.  Some of these include:

  • bringing your class to the library to learn about specific research tools

  • help with research and writing assignment design

  • research guides platform ( http://researchguides.case.edu)

  • Special Collections

Brian Gray from the Kelvin Smith Library, will be leading a session outlining all of the ways that the library and its staff can help faculty in their classes and beyond. They are hoping for a conversation that includes hearing from faculty about things the library could do to help them.  Recent acquisitions will be highlighted and new librarians introduced.

This event will be on Thursday, October 12 from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m. in the Herrick Room, which is on the ground floor of the Allen building (at the corner of Adelbert and Euclid). Pizza lunch and sodas will be provided at this session.
To help us estimate the amount to order, please let us know if you plan to attend this session by sending a message to ucite@case.edu.
