Funds available to faculty

Date Released: 30 June 2016

We are fortunate to currently have a variety of funding resources for faculty on our campus - but there may be some confusion among faculty about exactly what some of those funds are designed for, and how they might apply for them.

In order to clarify the goals and application processes for some of these funds, we will have a UCITE session on Thursday June 30th to explain.  Joining us will be Jim Bader to discuss the Gelfand initiative; Mike Kenney to discuss the ITS funding for Active Learning +; Amanda Koziura from KSL to talk about the Freedman Fellows; Susan Perry to discuss Assessment projects; and Amanda Shaffer from the Office of Faculty Development, who will talk about projects in her office.

Join us for that session on Thursday, June 30th, 2016 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. in the Herrick Room, which is on the ground floor of the Allen building (at the corner of Adelbert and Euclid). Pizza lunch and sodas will be provided at this session.
