Date Released: 15 October 2015
Communication failures in class may be the result of cultural differences and different academic environment experiences. Join ESS, UCITE, and the Center for International Affairs to learn some common cultural characteristics for international students and gain a new perspective when teaching a culturally diverse class. A student panel will answer questions after the workshop.
Join us for that discussion on Thursday, October 15th, from 12:00-1:00 pm in the Herrick Room, which is on the ground floor of the Allen Building (at the corner of Euclid and Adelbert).
Pizza lunch and sodas will be provided at this session. To help us estimate the amount to order, please let us know if you plan to attend this session by replying to this email or sending a message to ucite@case.edu.
