Date Released: 23 June 2016
EVERY single student in the class that started Fall 2015 owned a smartphone! We all know these devices are pervasive and, perhaps, invasive. Yet, they can be so useful. In this session we will share with you some of the ways that faculty can utilize mobile technology to enhance their interaction with students and, maybe, improve their teaching.
At this UCITE session, Mike Kenney from ITS will share some tips and teaching ideas to help faculty think of using mobile devices in the classroom as an asset instead of a problem.
Join us on Thursday, June 23th, 2016 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. in the Herrick Room, which is on the ground floor of the Allen building (at the corner of Adelbert and Euclid). Pizza lunch and sodas will be provided at this session.
To help us estimate the amount to order, please let us know if you plan to attend this session by replying to this email or sending a message to ucite@case.edu.
