The Gaming Room is located on the second floor of the University Center, behind the Media Wall and near the elevator.
Originally designed as a space for students to play video games with their peers, the space was converted into a meeting space that features two built-in 60" monitors and a whiteboard. Its white tables and comfortable chairs, typically setup in a square format for 24 people, can easily be configured to the numerous setup options detailed below. When making a reservation, event organizers might also consider adding a lectern, laptop, conference phone or other equipment from our inventory (fees may apply).
With floor-to-ceiling windows, the space overlooks the interior Koch Lobby and provides views of the Thwing Center and Kelvin Smith Library. This room does not have window shades nor privacy film. A digital room sign sits just outside the room to showcase the day's scheduled reservations and allows students the ability to reserve the room for study sessions if it's available.
