Mark Griswold, Professor, Department of Radiology, School of Medicine and Director of the Interactive Commons, wrote to share, "We have started shipping the [Holo]Lenses we have out to the students. First [online] class is Tuesday. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. Here's a peek at what 160 HoloLenses looks like though:
Following the first online HoloAnatomy sessions, Mark Griswold, Professor, Department of Radiology, School of Medicine and Director of the Interactive Commons, reported, "Over the last two weeks we've been preparing and shipping HoloLenses to each of our first-year Case Western Reserve medical students so that we could continue to teach our HoloAnatomy curriculum at home. These students are spread all over North America from Boston to San Diego, from Ottawa to Miami. This week, we held the first four remote HoloAnatomy classes with 48 students per session. Using HoloLens at home, our medical students are learning their core curriculum just like they would in the classroom! We put together a short video so you can see what class looked like and what the students look like in their homes. I hope you can see the impact that this has had through their smiling faces!
