Some iPhone users who have upgraded to iOS 14.3 are experiencing issues using the Rave Guardian app. If you are having difficulties with the app, follow these steps:
- Uninstall the Rave Guardian app from your device.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Reinstall the app.
If you have not yet upgraded your iOS to 14.3, it is recommended you delay the upgrade until the app has been updated, if possible.
