Due to phishing attacks originating from compromised accounts in the online survey platform Qualtrics, starting today, Duo two-factor authentication will be required to log into Qualtrics. Users filling out existing surveys will not be impacted unless the survey originally required users to login to complete the survey. If a survey requires that a user login in order to complete the survey, the user will need to authenticate via Duo first.
If you are not enrolled in Duo and you create surveys in Qualtrics, you will need to enroll in Duo in order to continue to use Qualtrics. Find more information about Duo on the [U]Tech website.
