User Experience in Tableau
Tableau dashboards are best viewed on a device with minimum resolution of 1366 x 768. Enterprise dashboards have been designed for viewing on desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone devices, however due to the number of device sizes we cannot guarantee optimal experience on every device type. Please consider calibrating your monitor color, setting your display resolution and setting your display scale to 100% for the best user experience viewing interactive dashboards in Tableau. If you experience issues viewing dashboards in a device, please try a different device before submitted a helpdesk ticket.
Accessibility in Tableau
Our team is committed to making your analytics experience in Tableau as accessible as possible, including to those with visual impairments. We're constantly working towards improving the accessibility to ensure equal access to our community of users (both internal and external to CWRU).
If you have a visual impairment and are having difficulty viewing a dashboard, please contact email@example.com to request data in an alternative format. We will make every effort to assist you the best we can. All requests will get an acknowledgement email within two business days and a resolution within ten business days.
