PeopleSoft - How to Copy a Payment Request

Purpose:

This guide explains how to copy a payment request through Financials.

Procedure:

To copy a payment, you will need to have access to the PeopleSoft Financials system.

Go to www.case.edu/fin to log in.  You will need your CWRU Network ID and password for access.  Once logged in, you should see the Main Menu link on the top left hand corner.

  1. From the Main Menu, click the Accounts Payable link.
  2. Click Payment Requests link.
  3. Click Payment Request link.

  4. Click the ADD button.

  5. You will see the following highlighted message on this page: 

    Please read before completing Payment Request Form 

    Click on the Information and Procedures link.

  6. Choose a Request Type.

       6a. If you choose Advance, everything but the following will populate:

            Amount

            Description

       6b. If you choose Payment Request, everything but the following will populate:

            Amount

            Vendor

            Vendor Invoice Number


       6c. If you choose Petty Cash, everything but the following will populate:

            Amount


       6d. If you choose Travel Reimbursement, everything but the following will populate:

            Amount

 

  1. Continue with the request. Please make sure all required fields are completed. Save the request.
