Schedule a Future Meeting

How to schedule a future meeting

  1. Go to or
  2. Sign in using your CWRU Network ID and password.
  3. On the left of the page, click Host a Meeting.
  4. Click Schedule a Meeting.
  5. Add a topic, meeting date, time and duration.
  6. Optionally, set a password.
  7. Add attendees by email (separate emails with a comma or semicolon).
  8. Click Schedule Meeting.
  9. Participants will receive an invitation by email with schedule details and instructions on how to join your meeting.
