Building the University of the Future

Case Western Reserve University is building the university of the future. As we develop new ways for students to learn, we are aligning our university with the future of work—where bleeding-edge technology powers collaborative and connected spaces.

HoloUniversity is leading the way. We are creating the mixed reality classroom of the future, where 3-D digital content is seamlessly integrated into the teaching and learning environment. This knowledge will help our community to anticipate future workforce needs and prepare our students to lead in an ever-changing world.

Teaching with Mixed Reality

Learn the Technology & Design Your Course

Case Western Reserve is committed to helping instructors become fluent in the application and best practices of mixed reality as a teaching tool. Instructors may receive support in the design and build out of a custom software app via the Interactive Commons (IC) Fellows Cohort, or get assistance with the execution of their courses from a team of experts within UTech.
