Service Description

The Service Desk is available 24/7/365 to support members of the university community with technology-related incidents and service requests. The Service Desk resolves nearly 90% of issues and escalates to resolver groups across the campus as needed. Processing nearly 5000 tickets per month, the Service Desk can be reached through the following methods:
