April Sleep Challenge
Sign up for this 4-week challenge, which will help you focus on and improve your sleep. Each week, participants will be given a specific healthy sleep behavior to focus on for that week, such as engaging in a body scan meditation before going to sleep each night. Prizes are available to those who send in their sleep chart to Mary Ann each week. Learn more about good sleep and focus on small changes you can make to sleep better, and feel better.
Those who send in weekly sleep logs will be eligible for a variety of wellness-related prizes!
