Fitness Assessment

Faculty and staff may take advantage of a free on-site fitness assessment with ACSM certified Fitness Specialist Mary Ann Dobbins.

The assessment offers a baseline for a participant's current fitness level. Once the results are reviewed, recommendations are offered.

The test will include:

  • An aerobic capacity step test
  • Upper body strength test
  • Lower body strength test
  • Flexibility test
  • Resting HR and Blood Pressure
  • Weight
  • Body Fat percentage
