To Tenure and Beyond: Building an Intentional Career at CWRU
To Tenure & Beyond is a permanent, joint program of the Office of Faculty Development, the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women and ACES+. The program serves second-year, tenure-track faculty who are nominated by their dean. The program increases understanding of the tenure process, provides skill-building and peer mentoring, and assists faculty to engage in intentional career planning.
The program consists of four, four-hour workshops, expert panels, and two, one-hour individual coaching sessions. Consisting of four, four-hour workshops, three expert panels, and two, one-hour coaching meetings, the series is augmented by four Friday lunch & learn sessions which are open to all CWRU faculty.
