Office of General Counsel
Renee O'Connor joined the Office of General Counsel in 2013.
Prior to joining CWRU, she was with a small law firm for 23 years. Her experience is vast in many areas of law including but not limited to, litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation, probate and estate planning, bankruptcy, social security disability, employment relations, and labor law.
Outside of the office, Renee has served as Chair of the Health and Wellness Committee for her church, as well as being part of its music ministry. She also runs her own direct marketing business.
Her favorite book is Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.
