This spring, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for international crimes in Ukraine.  This was a historic moment.  It’s the first time a major world leader has been indicted by the International Criminal Court.  How will this affect the course of world events?

In this week's "Talking Foreign Policy" podcast, Dean Michael Scharf of Case Western Reserve University School of Law has assembled an expert panel including the Executive Director of the International Bar Association, a former Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court, and a Nobel Peace Prize-nominated peace negotiator, for a discussion of the international ramifications of the Putin indictment.
