An innovative collaboration between the Case School of Engineering and the Weatherhead School of Management, this one-year program builds on the technical and analytical skills you gained through your undergraduate engineering program and provides a real-world framework for applying them—along with master’s-level business management tools. Individualized coaching emphasizes self-assessment and emotional intelligence, while interdisciplinary team projects enhance the people skills you’ll need as a business leader today.

Our program evolved after years of research and interviews with more than 110 professionals and 28 corporations across the U.S. Since the program's start 15 years ago, more than 500 students have graduated and are making significant contributions to hundreds of companies worldwide.
