Case Western Reserve University, a member of the University Athletic Association, is seeking applicants for the position of Instructor of Physical Education and Assistant Athletic Trainer. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent fringe benefits. Job responsibilities will be assigned by the Athletic Director.
Responsibilities include attending practices and contests for assigned sports, implementation of injury prevention programs, injury evaluation, implementation of treatment programs, first aid and emergency care, and instructing physical education courses and athletic training courses. Other duties as assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer and Athletic Director. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates committed to working in an inclusive and diverse environment. We are seeking candidates with a record of impactful student care, treatment, and injury prevention at the collegiate level.
