The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center (https://case.edu/cancer/), an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center at CWRU, with affiliates University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, and Cleveland Clinic, invites applications for a tenure track/tenured faculty position at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Applicants are being sought that have a PhD, MD, or MD/PhD and basic/translational cancer research expertise in Cancer Immunotherapy. The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center is looking to build upon its outstanding track record of developing and translating immunotherapies for cancer into the clinic. Candidates applying for consideration must possess national (Associate Professor) or international (Professor) reputations in collaborative cancer research, a distinguished record of publication and funding, a commitment to mentoring, teaching, and leadership, and fulfill other qualifications necessary for a tenured appointment at CWRU.
Successful candidates will be expected to interact closely with members from the established basic and translational Case CCC research programs including the Immune Oncology Program. Immune Oncology leadership opportunities are available in the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center based upon the applicant’s qualifications, including the Director role for the National Center for Regenerative Medicine. Primary appointment will be in the CWRU School of Medicine.
