94% of Case Western Reserve University humanities, performing arts, social sciences and economics graduates are employed full time, in graduate school or otherwise pursuing their career goals within six months of graduation.

Recent graduates are studying areas such as medicine, business, law, social work and fine arts at graduate and professional schools including Columbia University, Duke University, Johns Hopkins University, New York University, University of Southern California and Yale University.

They have landed their first jobs at major businesses including Amazon, AmeriCorps, Cleveland Clinic, Deloitte, Epic, EY, Sherwin-Williams and Teach for America. They’re working in major cities around the world.

How did they get there?

► 99% of CWRU humanities, performing arts and social sciences students participate in at least one experiential learning activity, and 75% participate in two or more. 89% pursue a creative endeavor or conduct research, while 70% do an internship and 54% do community service.
► They learn from faculty conducting groundbreaking research into virtually every aspect of society, as well as accomplished performers, teachers and scholars.
► They study in the resource-rich environment of Case Western Reserve’s University Circle neighborhood, which includes the Cleveland Museum of Art, The Cleveland Orchestra, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music, Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland and dozens more educational, cultural and medical institutions—all within walking distance of campus.
► They build their networks and leadership skills by joining CWRU’s 300+ clubs and organizations, including groups centered on culture, identity, faith, performing arts and volunteer work.
