In 2023, the top-ranked Case Western Reserve University men’s tennis team became the first athletic team in university history to notch an NCAA Division III Championship.
The Spartans clinched the historic title in a 5-2 victory against the second-ranked Tufts University Jumbos. CWRU also won its first University Athletic Association Championship and logged a 33-4 overall record that season, a program best.
