Order a Device for Your Department

To order a multi-function device for a department, please complete the MFD-Printer Request Form and email to auxiliary@case.edu

The Cost per Copy program helps the university reduce printing costs, as well as delivering the exceptional multi-function devices and customer support provided by Lake Business Products.

 

Lake Business Products offers four standard multi-function device (MFD) models for departments to lease. More information on these device options can be found on the MFD-Printer Request Form.

Departments can request a multi-function device or printer by completing the MFD-Printer Request Form and emailing to auxiliary@case.edu. On this form, you will select the desired MFD or printer model, as well as provide the department speedtype to be billed monthly for the equipment lease and BW/Color usage.

 

Lake Business Products (LBP) provides all supplies and consumables (except paper and cartridge staples). LBP monitors supplies' usage history and has an automated delivery of appropriate quantities of items as needed. Users should not use toner, ink, etc. from any other provider. LBP will remotely conduct monthly meter readings electronically on all networked equipment via a print management software installed on each device.
