About the Program

At the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, our Master of Social Work (MSW) programs are designed to equip you to lead at the forefront of social change without disrupting your career.

Whether you want to earn your MSW degree full-time, part-time, online, on campus, or on weekends, we offer a modality uniquely designed to match your goals and lifestyle. And all of our program options lead to the same CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work degree, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as #12 in the nation and #1 in Ohio.

  • Integrate cultural, economic and global diversity
  • Advocate for social, economic and environmental justice
  • Think critically about theory and research knowledge
  • Develop as a social work leader
"The experiences of the professors and their backgrounds are so interesting. They bring real-world knowledge and connections to the school. My Assessing and Diagnosing professor was a medical doctor who moved into social work."
