Customer Service provides a central point of contact to assist the Case Western Reserve University community with service requests and questions or unresolved issues pertaining to any unit within the Department of Campus Planning & Facilities Management. We strive to do this through consistent, high-quality service and coordination of efforts with the appropriate university departments.
Our regular hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 216.368.2580 or email customerservice@case.edu for assistance. After-hours phone calls are forwarded to the non-emergency CWRU Public Safety Communications Center.
Asset Essentials
CWRU utilizes Asset Essentials for work management. Asset Essentials provides requestors, Customer Service, and Facilities Services with thorough details and tracking of work requests from origination to completion. We look forward to serving you through the Asset Essentials system!

Students should continue to submit maintenance requests through the University Housing Portal.
Technology issues should be directed to the University Technology help desk at 216.368.HELP.
Event Support
If you are hosting an event on campus that requires support from Facilities Services such as custodial, trash removal, sprinkler shutoff, or electrical services, please complete the event notification/service request form two weeks before your event.
