The Customer Service Center is your central point of contact for all service requests and questions related to Campus Planning & Facilities Management at Case Western Reserve University. We strive to deliver consistent, high-quality service by working with university departments to resolve your issue quickly.
Customer Service hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call 216.368.2580 or email customerservice@case.edu for assistance. After-hours phone calls are forwarded to the non-emergency CWRU Public Safety Communications Center.

Students should continue to submit maintenance requests through the University Housing Portal. Technology issues should be directed to the University Technology help desk at 216.368.HELP.

Event Support
If you are hosting an event on campus that requires support from Facilities Services such as custodial, trash removal, sprinkler shutoff or electrical services, please complete the event notification/service request form two weeks before your event.
