Surbhi is current working under Dr. Sanjay Rajagopalan at the CVRI on cardiovascular research. Her background in both computer science and per-medical studies allows her to work multiple specialized projects in transcriptomics and epigenetics. She is well versed in R and performs statistical analysis on RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and scRNA-sec data.
