Case Western Reserve University’s Orientation Adventures are three-day small-group experiences open to incoming first-year students that offer a unique opportunity to bond with a small group of fellow students, upperclassmen, faculty and staff.
Adventures are based on certain themes, like sustainability, the arts, outdoor adventure or community service, and they help students learn about Cleveland, find their way around town, and get to know more about themselves and their classmates.
Adventures occur both before and after New Student Orientation—Aug. 14 to 17 and Aug. 29 to Sept. 1. Students are invited to participate in one Adventure program.
Adventures are fee-based and cost $250. The fee includes food, accommodations, activities, supplies and transportation to and from campus.
Details regarding 2014 Adventures will be made available soon after May 1. Registration will open in June.
