All incoming international students are required to attend International Welcome Days, beginning at Thursday, Aug. 14 at 5 p.m. and running through Saturday, Aug. 16. International students will also take part in the mandatory New Student Orientation, Aug. 17–24.
International arrival will take place Wednesday, Aug. 13 at 9 a.m. through Thursday, August 14 at 5 p.m. Students are asked to arrive during this window in order to fully participate in the International Welcome Days program.
International students should indicate their specific arrival details on the International Student Arrival Information form via the New Student Checklist.

International Welcome Days is a two-day program to help acclimate you to campus and provide resources to create a seamless transition to American culture and higher education.
Assist with your acclimation process before the start of New Student Orientation
Allow you to adjust to a different time zone, language and environment
Provide a welcoming transition experience that is meaningful, informative and engaging
Prepare you for New Student Orientation, where you will participate in group programs with domestic and international students
Connect you with faculty members, staff members and Orientation Leaders.
Provide academic, social and practical programming that focuses on challenges and areas of concern specific to international students
Orient you to Cleveland through off-campus excursions
