Join the CWRU Office for Sustainability's student Sustainability Ambassadors to prolong the life of trees on the Quad. Participants will be raking mulch away from the base of trees, correcting volcano mulching that suffocates the tree's roots and base. Meet on Saturday, October 14 at 9:30am at the black statue on the Quad, Spitball. Muffins and tools will be provided.
In the instance of light rain, the event will still be held but if thunderstorms occur, it will be postponed to the next morning. All participants who RSVP on Eventbrite will be contacted in the event of a postponement.
