Voicemail

Case Western Reserve University transitioned its voicemail service from Communité to Cisco Unity Connection. Cisco Unity Connection archives your voice messages and delivers copies (as an audio file attachment) to your CWRU email account. Access your voicemail one of three ways:

1. Call Cisco Unity Connection (visit accessing voicemail for instructions)
2. Listen to the audio file attachment delivered to your CWRU email account
3. Access the Web Inbox at um.case.edu/inbox
