Service Description

Case Western Reserve transitioned its voicemail service from Communité to Cisco Unity Connection in 2015.

Cisco Unity Connection archives your voicemail messages and delivers copies (as an audio file attachment) to your CWRU email account. Access your voicemail one of three ways:

  1. Call Cisco Unity Connection (visit Accessing Voicemail for assistance)
  2. Listen to the audio file attachment delivered to your CWRU email account
  3. Access the Web Inbox at


Voicemail is provided to members of the university community with a campus telephone line or a shared voice mailbox.
