Since 2018, Case Western Reserve University has given rise to 40 active student startups.

Enterprising students are building their own businesses… and they are far from alone. Our students are immersed in an entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports them from concept to market and beyond.

THEY LEARN: The Weatherhead School of Management offers an undergraduate specialization in entrepreneurship, taught by world-class experts

THEY CREATE: All students access the tools and expertise for prototyping and business-building in our 7-story Sears think[box] innovation space 

THEY CONNECT: CWRU LaunchNet provides free, confidential entrepreneurial support, and the IP Venture Clinic offers patent and intellectual property services

THEY EARN: Our annual Morgenthaler-Pavey Startup Competition annually awards $50,000 in prizes to CWRU’s brightest business ideas
