Co-Director Clemens Burda joined the faculty in Chemistry at Case in 2001. He has develped a thriving independent program in nanoscience research. His studies at Case approach a wide range of applications deriving from this burgeoning field, from photo-electrochemical cells to bioanalytical assays. The NSF is the primary supporter of Dr. Burda's research, and he was a Glennan Fellow at Case from 2003 to 2004.
