SODM joins university’s third annual ‘Clap Out’ celebration

Clap Out 2025

On Wednesday, May 14, graduating students from across Case Western Reserve University gathered on the Case Quad for the third annual “Clap Out”—a growing Commencement Week tradition celebrating the achievements of soon-to-be graduates.

Led by a procession of university leaders and honorees, students from all schools and degree levels were cheered on with applause and encouragement as they made their way to the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.

Representing the School of Dental Medicine in the festive procession were Patricia Mehosky Ribeiro, assistant dean of research administration, and Nicole Spinosa, coordinator of dental graduate studies.

The Clap Out provided an energizing and heartfelt sendoff, uniting the university community in celebration and support as graduates prepared for the culmination of their academic journey.
