Leadership Development & Mentoring

Bolstering skills to build our community

Case Western Reserve University is known for developing leaders who create transformative change. Our Office of Campus Enrichment and Engagement seeks to enhance these skills and encourage all members of our campus community to grow and thrive.

Programming we provide includes:

  • Engaged Leader Academy, a nine-month cohort with tracks available for faculty/staff and student leaders;
  • Mentoring/leadership circles, which enhance existing efforts across the university, especially focusing on junior faculty, graduate/professional students, and undergrads; and
  • Sustained Dialogue, a longstanding program at CWRU that brings together individuals from various backgrounds to discuss campus, local and national issues of concern.

More information on these—and other—programs will be provided on this website as it becomes available.
