Building Connections

Welcome to the New Faculty Cohort Program: Building Connections. Designed by the Office of the Provost, this program supports and connects new tenured and tenure-track faculty, helping them navigate their transition with confidence. Through a series of engaging events, faculty will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore campus and the vibrant city of Cleveland
  • Build meaningful relationships with university leadership
  • Connect with fellow new faculty members
  • Foster collaboration across disciplines

Participating in this program not only enhances professional growth but also strengthens the sense of community, ensuring new faculty feel supported and empowered in their roles. New faculty are invited to join us and build a strong foundation for success!
