New Faculty Orientation

At Case Western Reserve University, New Faculty Orientation is a signature program designed to introduce incoming faculty members to the people, policies, and resources that support academic success and professional growth. Hosted annually by the Office of Faculty Advancement and Postdoctoral Affairs in collaboration with campus partners, this day-long event helps new faculty:

  • Understand CWRU’s mission, values, and community culture
  • Connect with fellow faculty and university leaders
  • Learn about available teaching, research, and technology resources
  • Receive guidance on university policies and best practices
