Professor Sharona Hoffman recently published two articles in leading medical journals. Both address privacy issues. The first, titled “Interoperability in a Post-Roe Era Sustaining Progress While Protecting Reproductive Health Information,” appeared in JAMA on Nov. 1, 2022. It was co-authored with Daniel Walker and Julia Adler-Milstein. The second, titled “Privacy and Security — Protecting Patients’ Health Information,” was part of the New England Journal of Medicine’s Fundamentals of Health Law series and was published on Nov. 19.
