Scholars in the Professional Leadership Development Program (PLDP) at Case Western Reserve University gain first-hand experiences that enable them to contribute to the betterment of society. Specific program benefits include:
Financial Support
All scholars are supported by a scholarship. Scholarship amounts vary based on the incoming year and demonstrated financial need.
A Close-Knit Community
From working with a cohort of peers to address the increasingly complex challenges facing the globe to receiving personalized advising and faculty mentoring from the program’s advisory board and staff, scholars can interact with and establish meaningful relationships with various leaders throughout CWRU to establish a close-knit community on campus and beyond.
Immersive Learning
The PLDP includes courses and workshops on leadership and social problem-solving, as well as practical learning experiences like service projects, research opportunities, internships and involvement with student organizations.
